*Additional equipment and/or personnel may be added at actual district cost.

*Any group outside of the Texarkana Independent School District will be required to submit a 25% Deposit due upon approval of the facility use application. Deposits will be refunded within 10-15 days following the final day of the rental agreement, pending satisfactory inspection of the facility. (Deposits will not be refunded for cancelations within 2 weeks of performance date without “Special Consideration”)

*The rental fee balance is due upon completion of facility use.

*The superintendent or designee shall have the authority to adjust rental rates in accordance with TISD School Board Policy, SPECIAL CONSIDERATION.
