Texas High School Freshman Workshop to Help Students Parents Explore Colleges and Careers

Texarkana, TX – Texas High School will host a Freshman Workshop focusing on exploring colleges and careers for any and all 9th grade students and their parents/guardians.

The workshop will be held on Monday, September 24 from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. in the Texas High School Math & Science Center Grand Foyer, 4001 Summerhill Road.

Whether exploring careers, preparing for education, or searching for extended learning opportunities, students and parents/guardians can learn how to build a strong foundation on which to build a successful future.

The THS workshop will address information on: virtual resources to assist students in developing post-secondary plans; career clusters and how various courses sequence in association with that given career; graduation requirements along with courses and assessments.
