Texas High School Marching Band Earns 1st Division Regional Ratings Headed to UIL Area C Marching Contest on October 26

Texarkana, TX – Texas High School Marching Band earned 1st Division ratings during the Region IV UIL Marching Contest held in Mt. Pleasant, TX on October 17.

Ratings were based on the overall complete package of band performance taking in consideration the components of Percussion, Color Guard, Brass, Woodwind, Instrumental and Marching. A total of 17 bands representing 3A and 4A schools participated.

The Tiger Band will now advance to the UIL Area C Marching Contest which will be held on Saturday, October 26 at Mesquite Memorial Stadium, 2411 W. Scyene Road in Mesquite, TX.

Texas High School performance is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Admission is $5 per person.
