1st Division Rating Earned by Texas High School Marching Band during Region IV UIL Marching Contest
Texarkana, TX – Texas High School Marching Band earned a 1st Division Rating during the Region IV UIL Marching Contest held in Mt. Pleasant, TX on October 23.
The judging panel included three Texas Music Adjudicator Association certified judges while ratings were based on the overall complete package of band performance taking in consideration the components of Percussion, Color Guard, Brass, Woodwind, Instrumental and Marching. A total of 28 bands representing 3A, 4A and 5A schools participated.
