McCarver and Stoeckl Named to All-Region Orchestra
Texarkana, TX – Two TISD orchestra students were selected to the All-Region Orchestra during auditions held on October 18 in Tyler, TX.
Carson McCarver, student at Texas Middle School, earned the principal cellist position and Katherine Stoeckl, Texas High School student, will serve as a member of the violin ensemble.

Musicians were judged by five orchestra directors on musicianship and technical abilities while they performed the selected music assigned by a committee.
McCarver and Stoeckl will participate in a clinic/concert to be held at Longview High School on Saturday, December 6.
