Texarkana ISD is pleased to announce its intent to apply for the 21st Century Committee Learning Centers (21st CCLC) Grant for the upcoming funding cycle. This grant would support high-quality after-school and summer programming designed to enhance academic achievement, provide enrichment opportunities, and support families within our community.
