Student Records & Transcript Requests

Parents/Legal Guardians of students CURRENTLY ENROLLED in TISD who are needing to obtain copies of student records should contact their child’s school office directly.

FORMER STUDENTS wishing to obtain copies of their Transcripts or other Student Records, should contact Student Enrollment Services. A Student Records Release Form must be completed and a photo identification card, such as a Driver’s License, must be presented. By law, educational records rights transfer to the student when he/she reaches the age of 18 and is no longer a dependent of his/her parents/guardians. When a former student is 18 or over, only the student may request and obtain his/her school records. To order a replacement diploma, call 1-800-635-5670.
