Guidelines

  • All events will require a minimum order of 25 servings.
  • Events involving after-hours setup or service will incur a labor charge sufficient to cover staffing needs for the event.
  • All events are booked on a first-come first-served basis. Orders must be placed 7 days before the event.
  • Final confirmation for meal count is due 48 hours prior to the function.
  • Events will be billed according to the reservation amount given by the client or the actual number in attendance, whichever is higher.
  • We can only guarantee availability of menu items for the number of guest reserved at the time of booking.
  • Room rental without food is available at $350 for 4 hours.

Note: This does not confirm room reservations, menu or date availability. You will receive a formal quote if the requested food, location and date are available. For in-district events, once you accept the formal quote, you must submit a PO. Once we receive your PO your event will be confirmed.
